Newsletter No. 6 takes you straight into the heart of the YESDGs Hackathon 2025, the event that brought together young Europeans to design innovative solutions connected to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda.

During the Hackathon, young people and youth workers from across Europe worked in international teams, tackling four major global challenges, each linked to the SDGs:
- Common Ground – Well-being in everyday spaces (SDG 3 & 11)
- Fast Fashion – Sustainable fashion against pollution (SDG 12 & 13)
- Youth Voices for Peace – Young people as peacebuilders (SDG 16 & 10)
- Greener Lands – Stopping deforestation (SDG 13 & 15)
The teams brought creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration to the table to propose concrete ideas and real solutions. The results? Impressive projects, presented to a panel of experts and celebrated with awards, certificates, and plenty of enthusiasm.
The Hackathon concluded with the presentation of the YESDGs Manifesto—a declaration of intentions and shared values created by the participants and presented to local institutions, organizations, and community members.
